Water Damage Equipment Case

Water damage requires special equipment for the drying process. Our certified technicians are outfitted with state of the art water meters, hygrometers, infrared cameras and more to be able to detect unseen water damage.

Water Damage Drying

When walls have been damaged by category 1 water (clean water) we may attempt to dry the wall cavity without removing the wall.

Here you can see we cut underneath the baseboard in order to dry the wall cavity. Once dried we can easily re-install the baseboard to make this water damage "Like it never even happened."

Water Damage from Sprinklers

Sprinkler systems are a great tool for protecting from the spread of fire, but they cause a great deal of water damage in the process. Make sure that everyone know where the sprinkler shut off is and how to use it. Just a few minuets can cause a great deal of water damage.

Weighted Extraction

Weighted extraction is one form of water extraction we use when drying carpets in place without haven to lift the carpet. This heavy extractor with powerful suction is being used to remove water through a tick carpet and pad.
