In order to grow mold spores require the perfect environment. They need to have an organic food source, such as paper, wood, or dust, moisture, and warm temperature. In the right conditions mold may begin to grow in as little as 24-72 hours.

Water damage requires special equipment for the drying process. Our certified technicians are outfitted with state of the art water meters, hygrometers, infrared cameras and more to be able to detect unseen water damage.  

When walls have been damaged by category 1 water (clean water) we may attempt to dry the wall cavity without removing the wall.

If you suspect mold, environmental air sampling is one of the most common tests. An Environmental Hygienist takes air samples from within the effected space, from an unaffected space, and outside of the building, the samples are then tested a report is generated comparing the types and quantities of spores found between the indoor and out door space. Sometimes post construction cleaning is necessary after projects. Here we spent time hepa vacuuming every square inch of an elementary school after fine dust was distributed during a ceiling renovation.

When this High School's Gym was flooded we were quick on the scene and were able to save the floors with Inject-a-Dry Systems. The Inject-a-Dry system is able to extract moisture through multiple levels of flooring.

At our warehouse we have many a temperature controlled POD storage system for inventory customers need stored while their home or business facility is in the process of being restored.
