Why get a Master Service Agreement for restoration?

We’re not stupid. We know that most people never want to have to think about disaster restoration, and we’ll be the first to admit that the world would be a better place is bad things simply didn’t happen.

But here’s the rub: bad things do happen. If you own or manage a commercial business, then you know that every day is already full of ups and downs and unexpected twists and turns.

That’s one of the major reasons that we encourage all commercial businesses to draft up a formal Master Service Agreement with SERVPRO before disaster strikes.

In its simplest form, the MSA is basically a standardization of service. It outlines pricing, timelines and gives you the most direct access possible to get priority response if and when you need it.
