Our production manager Taylor, however, went the extra mile and scanned within the walls to find moisture inside the drywall cavity. 

Moisture trapped inside a wall is very common when water damage has occurred. Moisture will often wick up inside the wall and soak into insulation, even if the exterior of the wall feels totally dry.
