Content Packout and Cleaning

This home needed to be cleared out and readied for sale after the passing of the owner. SERVPRO® of The Southtowns went in to carefully sort, pack, and inventory the entire home's contents. After inventory we stored the items at our climate controlled warehouse while the family reviewed the inventory list for items to be donated or to go to family members. 

After completing the pack out we cleaned the home and did minor repairs to ready it for the housing market. 

The family was extremely grateful for our assistance in during their time of transition. 

In the before picture you can see the home on day one, in the after picture we have completed the pack out and are readying for the cleaning phase.
